Role Overview
We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager who will drive business growth by visiting banquet halls and farmhouses across Delhi NCR, building strong relationships with venue owners/managers, and pitching our services/solutions professionally. The ideal candidate is confident in face-to-face selling, excellent at networking, and disciplined with follow-ups and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Visit banquets, farmhouses, and event venues across Delhi NCR to generate leads and partnerships.
Pitch company offerings to venue owners, managers, and decision-makers to drive closures and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities, map territories, and maintain an updated venue database.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with venue partners through regular meetings and check-ins.
Negotiate commercial terms (as per company guidelines) and coordinate with internal teams to onboard partners.
Execute on-ground marketing activities: venue branding, sampling/leaflets, signage, stall setups, or joint promotions (if applicable).
Track daily visits, meeting outcomes, and pipeline status; share weekly/monthly performance reports.
Attend industry events, networking meets, and site visits as required.
Ensure professional conduct, punctuality, and brand representation at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 2–6 years in field marketing, B2B sales, partnerships, or venue/event-related business development.
Strong communication and presentation skills (Hindi + English preferred).
Confident in cold outreach, relationship-building, and closing deals.
Comfortable with extensive local travel across Delhi NCR; willing to work flexible hours (including weekends, as venues are active then).
Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets CRM tools and PPT making (or willingness to learn).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized with follow-ups.
Preferred (Good to Have)
Prior experience in events, hospitality, banquet sales, wedding industry, or venue partnerships.
Own two-wheeler/car with a valid driving license.
Familiarity with major venue clusters in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and nearby NCR areas.
