Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Field Executive to join our team at Redeye Security Systems to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Field Marketing: Visit residential societies, retail shops, warehouses, and offices to promote Redeye CCTV solutions.

• Product Demonstration: Showcase different types of cameras (IP vs. Analog, PTZ, Night Vision) and explain their benefits to potential customers.

• Lead Generation: Generate a minimum of [Insert Number, e.g., 5-10] qualified leads per day through cold calling and door-to-door visits.

• Site Surveys: Perform basic site surveys to recommend the best camera placements for maximum security coverage.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year in field sales or marketing. Experience in security systems, telecom, or consumer electronics is highly preferred.

• Communication: Ability to explain technical products in simple terms to non-technical customers.

• Travel: Must possess a two-wheeler and valid license. This is a 100% field role.

• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
