Position: Marketing & Business Development Executive (Electronics/Components Industry)
Key Responsibilities:
Market research and lead generation for potential customers in electronics manufacturing, automotive, telecom, and consumer electronics sectors.
Visit OEMs, contract manufacturers, and distributors to pitch company products (semiconductors, MLCCs, capacitors, resistors, ICs, etc.).
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their sourcing needs, and provide solutions.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand company’s market share.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth client onboarding and order execution.
Desired Profile:
Graduate/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Marketing background with experience in electronics distribution.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in B2B marketing or technical sales is a big plus.
Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
