Marketing Field Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Field Executive to join our team at PA Facilities & Infra Services to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams

Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities

Collect market data and competitor insights

Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness

Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

Job Requirements:

Generate new business by identifying and meeting potential clients.

Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate recruitment.

Source, screen, and mobilize candidates for client requirements.

Visit client locations to ensure smooth manpower deployment and maintain client relationships.

Achieve monthly business development and recruitment targets.

Submit daily field visit and activity reports.

Requirements:

Any Degree or Diploma.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi.

Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

Experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or Recruitment is an added advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
