Role: Research Associate

Location: Mohan Estate, Delhi
Notice Period: Immediate
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description: Overview -
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Associate to support data collection, analysis, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, the ability to interpret data, and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant data and insights
Travel to different locations (if required) for field research and data collection
Analyze data and prepare reports, summaries, and presentations
Perform data validation, verification, and quality checks
Assist in creating research methodologies and frameworks
Maintain and update research databases and records
Collaborate with internal teams to support business decisions
Use tools like MS Excel and other analytical software for data handling
Ensure timely completion of assigned research tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

0–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong analytical skills can apply)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
Good communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel as per business requirements
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary + Travel Allowance (TA) will be reimbursed as per company policy
Overtime pay applicable as per company norms

Additional Information:

Candidates must be comfortable working 6 days a week
Immediate joiners will be preferred
