About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Field Executive to promote and expand our brand presence across India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the electronic appliances industry, a strong network in retail/dealer markets, and a passion for achieving sales and marketing goals through field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field marketing activities and brand promotions across assigned territories.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.

• Execute marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and display setups in stores.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

• Support sales teams in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

• Prepare detailed visit reports, customer insights, and marketing performance data.

• Coordinate with regional and head office teams for marketing materials, product launches, and promotional events.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of field marketing experience in the electronic appliances industry.

• Strong understanding of dealer and retail network operations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively across India.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in market execution.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in home appliances, consumer durables, or electronics.

• Ability to plan and execute pan-India marketing campaigns.

• Familiarity with digital reporting tools and CRM software.
