Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Field Executive to promote and generate leads for solar power plant installations. The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, client acquisition, and creating awareness about solar energy solutions among residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct field visits to identify potential customers for solar power solutions
· Generate leads through direct marketing, site visits, and referrals
· Explain solar products, benefits, and cost savings to prospective clients
· Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys and feasibility analysis
· Develop and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and local businesses
· Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions
· Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets
· Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions
· Stay updated on solar policies, subsidies, and market trends
Required Skills:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Basic understanding of solar energy systems (preferred)
· Sales and negotiation skills
· Ability to work independently and in field conditions
· Good networking and relationship-building abilities
· Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
· Diploma/Certification in Renewable Energy (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
· 0–3 years in field marketing, sales, or solar industry
· Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Compensation:
· Fixed salary + Incentives based on performance
· Travel allowance (TA/DA)
