Job Description

We are looking for energetic and target-driven candidates for Marketing & Sales roles for Vodafone Idea (Vi). The candidate will be responsible for promoting telecom products, acquiring new customers, and increasing sales through field and direct marketing activities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Vodafone Idea (Vi) products (SIM cards, prepaid/postpaid plans, data packs)
Acquire new customers through field sales, events, and direct marketing
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Explain plan benefits, offers, and services to customers
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with retailers/distributors for sales growth
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Maintain records of sales and customer interactions

🔹 Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and convincing ability
Willingness to travel for field work
Basic smartphone and digital app knowledge
Self-motivated and target-oriented

🔹 Qualification:

Minimum: 12th pass
Graduate preferred

🔹 Experience:

Fresher or 1–2 years experience in telecom/field sales preferred

🔹 Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹30,000/month + Incentives + Commission
