Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
Experience: 0–5 years (Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply!)

We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic, self-motivated Marketing Executives to drive our brand growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Market Outreach: Visit and build strong business relationships with local architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and retail customers in Lucknow.

  • Product Promotion: Showcase and pitch our premium range of tiles and bathware solutions from Johnson, Sunhearrt.

  • Lead Generation: Identify new construction sites, renovation projects, and commercial opportunities to generate sales leads.

  • Deal Closure: Understand client requirements, provide accurate quotes, follow up consistently, and close sales deals.

  • Market Intelligence: Keep track of local market trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming projects.

Requirements & Skills

  • Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th Pass) with an interest in sales/marketing.

  • Experience: Prior experience in building materials, hardware, tiles, or paint industries is a big plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Key Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive negotiation skills, and a confident personality.

  • Travel: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for local travel across Lucknow.

  • Language: Fluency in Hindi and a basic understanding of English.
