Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive marketer to manage on-ground activities, mall activations, and lead generation for MardaMed Healthcare at Mantri Square Mall.

Key Responsibilities -

• Execute field marketing activities, mall activations, and kiosks.

• Organize health camps and promotional events.

• Generate patient leads, enquiries, and appointments.

• Coordinate with vendors for branding and setup.

• Build partnerships with local apartments, gyms, and corporates.

• Track footfall, leads, and campaign performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote Mardamed’s products and services.

Requirements -

• 1-6 years of experience in field marketing.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with patients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

• Ability to connect with vendors, designers, and media agencies to activate promotions in and around the premises (mall kiosks, neighborhood campaigns, etc.)

• Event management to generate awareness and leads

• Proficiency in Market Research and data analysis to gather insights and support decision-making

• Experience in Marketing Strategy and Sales to develop and implement successful campaigns

• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Familiarity with public relations best practices and a proven ability to create impactful brand messaging

• Languages required: English, Hindi, and Kannada (Preferred)

Location & Travel:

• Based at Mantri Square Mall, Malleshwaram

• Local Bangalore travel required for activations and outreach

• Willingness to work weekends when needed

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
