Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Marketing Executive to lead the outreach and growth initiatives for Bhaav Dekho. You will play a key role in connecting with local mandi stakeholders, creating awareness, driving app installs, and fostering a vibrant user base of vendors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote the Bhaav Dekho platform.

• Develop communication strategies for different mandi segments (retailers, wholesalers, farmers).

• Create and manage engaging content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

• Build relationships with mandi traders, local influencers, and community leaders.

• Plan and execute on-ground activation campaigns within mandis and nearby market areas.

• Drive user acquisition through partnerships, referrals, and vendor registration drives.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.

• Conduct surveys and market research to understand pricing trends and user needs.

• Stay informed about competitors, market dynamics, and regulatory changes in the agri-commerce space.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or related fields.

• 0–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in agritech, local commerce, or mobile platforms.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, local promotion strategies, and user engagement.

• Excellent communication in Hindi and English; additional local dialects a plus.

• Ability to coordinate with on-ground field teams and vendors.

• Familiarity with running Facebook and Google Ads is an advantage.
