MAH Quantum is a technology-driven organization focused on building advanced intelligent systems and fostering practical, research-oriented learning. As part of our expansion, we are offering an opportunity for individuals to work with us in a performance-driven role that involves representing MAH Quantum across universities and onboarding students into our Advanced AI Systems R&D Internship Program.
This role requires individuals to actively visit colleges and universities, present and pitch MAH Quantum, and bring in student enrollments for the internship program. It is important to note that this is not a salaried position, and no advance payments or financial support will be provided before or during the execution of the role. Additionally, no travel allowances or reimbursements will be offered under any circumstances. The opportunity is strictly performance-based and designed for individuals who are confident in communication, outreach, and execution.
The internship program enrollment fee is set at ₹1500 per student. For every successful enrollment, the individual will receive 50% of the fee (₹750 per student), while the remaining 50% will be retained by MAH Quantum. Applicable GST will be charged as per prevailing regulations. For example, if an individual successfully enrolls 100 students, their earnings will amount to ₹75,000 excluding GST.
The internship itself is centered around Advanced AI Systems and Research & Development. Students enrolled in the program will receive an introduction to working with AI systems, followed by practical exposure through project-based learning. Participants will be grouped into teams of five and assigned projects that require independent thinking, execution, and problem-solving. This is not a guided or spoon-fed program; it is designed to ensure that students gain real-world, hands-on experience by actively building and delivering outcomes.
Performance during the internship will be continuously evaluated, and only the most capable and high-performing individuals will be considered for stipend opportunities. MAH Quantum reserves full and final authority in determining which individuals qualify for such benefits, and no guarantees are provided in this regard.
In addition to practical experience, students who demonstrate exceptional research capabilities may receive opportunities for publication through the MAH Quantum Research Institute. Selected works can be assigned DOI registration via Zenodo, indexed under OpenAIRE within the CERN ecosystem, and may achieve visibility on platforms such as Google Scholar, subject to quality and relevance.
This opportunity is intended for individuals who are serious about gaining real-world exposure, developing strong execution skills, and working in a high-performance environment. It is not suitable for those expecting fixed salaries, guided learning, or passive participation. MAH Quantum operates on the principle of merit, performance, and initiative, and only those who deliver measurable results will benefit from the opportunities provided.
