Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 (Gross)+Sales Incentive

Role Overview

MAGZ Polymers is looking for a Marketing Field Executive to support and execute both field-level and digital marketing initiatives. The role focuses on brand building, market outreach, customer engagement, and lead generation within the industrial and B2B segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities including dealer visits, promotions, and branding initiatives

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for marketing campaigns

• Manage and support BTL activities such as field promotions, exhibitions, and local outreach

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pricing, and competitor activities

• Generate leads through field visits, networking, and campaign activities

• Assist in building and maintaining the brand presence of MAGZ Polymers

• Support digital marketing efforts, including managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

• Collect and report market feedback and performance insights to management

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Diploma/Any Degree preferred)

• Experience: 1 – 6 years (Freshers with strong interest may be considered)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and tools

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends

• Exposure to AI tools / digital tools is an added advantage

• Willingness to travel for field marketing activities

• Creative thinking with a proactive approach
