Marketing Field Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Field Executive to join our team at Kovai Tapes Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns.The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Marketing executives drive revenue through direct, on-the-ground customer interactions, focusing on building relationships and closing deals in assigned territories.

  Core Duties

  • Prospect for new leads via networking, cold calls, and market research.

  • Present products, conduct demos, and tailor pitches to customer needs.

  • Negotiate deals, overcome objections, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

  Customer Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and support.

  • Analyze customer requirements, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction post-sale.

  • Track orders, coordinate deliveries, and collaborate with internal teams like support or marketing.

  Reporting and Planning

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including leads, activities, and sales data.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and territory performance to refine strategies.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and feedback for management.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 5 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
