Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our coaching programs, increasing admissions, building brand awareness, and implementing both online and offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the academy’s courses.

Generate leads and convert them into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups.

Plan and execute offline marketing activities (pamphlets, posters, seminars, events, tie-ups with schools/colleges, etc.).

Manage online marketing activities including social media promotions, content marketing, and advertisements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.

Conduct market research to analyze competitors, industry trends, and student needs.

Track, analyze, and report marketing performance to ensure targets are achieved.

Support in brand-building initiatives to enhance visibility and reputation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in marketing, sales, or similar roles (education sector preferred).

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram promotions, etc.).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
