Admission Manager – Outreach & Marketing

Job Summary

• The Admission Manager – Outreach & Marketing is responsible for driving student admissions through strategic outreach, relationship building, and marketing initiatives. The role focuses on increasing the university's visibility, generating qualified leads, and converting prospective students into enrollments by collaborating with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Business Development

• Develop and execute outreach strategies to achieve admission targets.

• Build and maintain relationships with schools, junior colleges, coaching institutes, education consultants, and corporate organizations.

• Plan and conduct campus visits, seminars, career guidance sessions, and educational workshops.

• Represent the university at education fairs, exhibitions, and admission events.

• Identify new markets and partnership opportunities to expand the student pipeline.

Admissions & Lead Management

• Generate, qualify, and nurture prospective student leads.

• Guide students and parents through the admission process.

• Coordinate counseling sessions and follow up on inquiries until enrollment.

• Ensure timely achievement of admission targets while maintaining high service standards.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and conversions in the CRM.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute admission campaigns.

• Support digital and offline marketing initiatives for lead generation.

• Coordinate promotional activities, campus events, and open house programs.

• Gather market intelligence on competitors, student preferences, and industry trends.

• Promote the university's academic programs through presentations and networking activities.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track outreach activities, lead generation, and conversion metrics.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• 4–8 years of experience in admissions, education marketing, business development, or student recruitment.

• Experience in higher education admissions is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.

• Sales and negotiation skills with a target-oriented approach.

• Knowledge of admission processes and higher education trends.

• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Ability to travel extensively for outreach activities.

• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
