We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our educational/training programs (or products/services) across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through market research, cold calls, and client visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, institutions, and corporate clients.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into admissions/sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by the management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional campaigns.
Maintain accurate reports of meetings, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel for client meetings and events.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
