Marketing Field Executive

Location: Chandigarh (with travel to nearby regions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit colleges, schools, and educational institutions in Chandigarh and surrounding areas.

• Develop and maintain relationships with principals, faculty, and administrative staff.

• Schedule and organize seminars, career guidance sessions, and free demo classes at schools and colleges.

• Promote Infomaths courses such as NIMCET, CUET-PG, PU MCA, VIT, etc., during field visits.

• Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and registration forms.

• Collect data of prospective students and inquiries from colleges and schools.

• Represent Infomaths at education fairs, career expos, and inter-college events.

• Coordinate with the internal marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth execution of planned events.

• Maintain a weekly visit and report log for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred in marketing, education, or management).

• 1–2 years of experience in field marketing or educational outreach preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with local travel and meeting new people.

• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
