Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Marketing Executive to promote our entertainment zone, drive footfall, and support marketing activities both on-field and in-office. The candidate will play a key role in brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Field Work Responsibilities (50%)

Visit nearby schools, colleges, corporates, and residential societies for promotions.
Distribute pamphlets, vouchers, and promotional materials.
Generate leads and build local partnerships.
Conduct on-ground marketing activities and campaigns.
Coordinate for events, birthday bookings, and group visits.
Collect customer feedback and market insights.

Office Work Responsibilities (50%)

Handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp marketing).
Assist in creating marketing content, posters, and offers.
Maintain customer database and follow-up on leads.
Coordinate with operations team for campaigns and events.
Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports.
Support digital marketing and promotional planning.

Skills Required

Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred)
Basic knowledge of social media marketing
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
Willingness to travel locally for field work

6 Days Working (1 Weekly Off)
