Marketing Field Executive

We are looking for a Field Marketing executive to join our team I2CAN Edu. Pvt. Ltd to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of 15K+and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. College Visits & Outreach

  • Visit assigned colleges, institutes, and coaching centers daily.

  • Conduct awareness sessions about I2CAN courses, workshops, and career opportunities.

  • Set up information desks/outreach stalls in colleges when required.

  📝 2. Lead Generation

  • Collect student data through forms, QR codes, or digital platforms.

  • Convert walk-in inquiries during field visits into leads.

  • Ensure daily and weekly lead targets are achieved.

  🤝 3. Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with college staff, placement officers, and student bodies.

  • Coordinate with college authorities for permission for seminars, workshops, and events.

  📣 4. Event Support

  • Support and participate in college fests, exhibitions, and career fairs.

  • Assist the marketing team in arranging seminars, orientations, and promotional campaigns.

  📊 5. Reporting

  • Maintain daily activity reports of visits, leads collected, and follow-ups.

  • Update CRM/lead sheets regularly.
