Job Description – Marketing Manager

Position: Marketing Manager
Experience: 3–4 years of relevant marketing experience
Salary: ₹45,000 per month
Job Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote educational programs and services.
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, partnerships, events, and other relevant channels.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze marketing data to improve results.
Coordinate with the sales and admissions teams to ensure effective lead conversion.
Manage social media presence, promotional activities, and brand communication.
Identify new marketing opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
Prepare regular marketing reports and track campaign performance against targets.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the Education/EdTech industry.
Strong understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of social media and other marketing channels.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Salary: ₹45,000/month
