## Job Overview
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Management Trainees to join our dynamic Field Sales team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will represent our client, acting as the face of the company on the ground. Your primary responsibility will be to pitch and secure placements for our client’s retail machines in local shops.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers (Graduates and MBAs) to kickstart their careers in corporate sales and business development.
The Role
As a Management Trainee , you will be at the heart of building India's most ambitious retail-tech platform. This is not a back-bench, shadow role — you will own real work from Day 1, rotating across our key functions: Sales & Brand Onboarding, Retailer Acquisition & Growth, Trade Marketing Operations, and Product & Analytics.
You will work directly with Founders and functional heads, gaining end-to-end exposure to a startup building at the intersection of FMCG distribution, technology, and data. If you have the hunger to learn fast, a commercial mindset, and a passion for India's retail economy — this role is for you.
Rotational Tracks
Track 1: Sales & Brand Onboarding
• Identify and onboard FMCG, D2C, and regional brands onto the client platform
• Own the brand acquisition pipeline — from cold outreach to signed agreement
• Work with Trade Marketing and Sales teams at brand partners to understand scheme structures
• Assist in scheme setup on the portal and ensure first-time brand experience is excellent
• Track onboarding metrics, identify bottlenecks, and report to COO
Track 2: Retailer Acquisition & Community Growth
• Drive retailer registrations across target geographies (pin code level)
• Coordinate with feet-on-street teams and distributor networks for activation
• Plan and execute retailer engagement campaigns — WhatsApp, on-ground events, digital
• Monitor retailer app usage, scheme views, and order requests to drive engagement loops
• Build relationships with kiranas, chemists, and general trade shop owners
Track 3: Product & Analytics
• Shadow Product Head on roadmap planning, feature prioritisation, and user research
• Conduct retailer and brand user interviews to gather product feedback
• Analyse platform data to surface insights on usage patterns and drop-offs
• Assist in preparing MIS reports, investor dashboards, and growth metrics
• Document user stories, process flows, and competitive intelligence
What You Will Do — Across All Tracks
• Attend market visits and interact directly with retailers, distributors, and brand managers
• Contribute to weekly OKR reviews with the founding team
• Participate in product sprints, brand pitches, and investor presentations
• Own a defined geography or brand portfolio by Month 3
• Build playbooks and SOPs for functions as they scale
## Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any Graduate (Fresher) OR MBA (Fresher)
Experience: 0 - 1 year (Absolute freshers are highly encouraged to apply!)
Skills: • Strong communication and persuasion skills (Knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, or Urdu is highly preferred).
High energy, resilience, and a positive attitude toward field sales.

Preferred Background
• Prior internship or project in FMCG Sales, General Trade, or Retail-Tech
• Exposure to startup environments — internships, entrepreneurship cells, live projects
• Proficiency in data tools (SQL basics, Power BI, Google Analytics) is a plus
• Working knowledge of Hindi and/or Telugu for retailer interactions
