About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to promote and sell our nursery products including Vegetable Seedlings, flower seedlings, plant pouches, ornamental plants & Papaya, Drum Stick. This role involves regular field visits to nurseries, garden stores, landscapers, and related customers to increase sales and build strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local nurseries, landscaping agencies, gardeners, and retailers for product sales

• Promote and sell flower seedlings, pouches, ornamental plants, Papaya, Drumstick and other Vegetable seedlings.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

• Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and close sales targets

• Maintain daily sales records, customer database, and market insights

• Coordinate with nursery operations team for product availability and delivery

• Support promotional and seasonal sales campaigns

• Ensure timely payment collections from clients

• Provide customer feedback for product improvement

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales (nursery/agri/horticulture experience preferred)

• Good knowledge of plants, nursery categories, and horticulture (added advantage)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and travel locally

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp for daily reporting

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
