Marketing Executer Role Definition Marketing Executer is a person who is responsible for identifying lead generation opportunities,onboarding lead generation strategies,genrating leads,alloting leads to telesales team,organising marketing activities off site onsite,on boarding agencies and generating ROI reports Responsibility and Deliverables Deliverable(Weekly) Responsibilities (Per day 10)60 onboarding lead generation strategies:brand tieup,company tieup (per day 2)12 genrating leads strategy execution: (Per day 150)900 alloting leads to telesales team organising marketing activities off site-onsite 3 on boarding agencies 1 generating ROI reports Task and Activities Task Resource Identifying lead generation opportunities-digital marketing,social media marketing posting daily,portal advertisement,site events,expo,association tieup,club tieup,CP meet organising SWOT analysis onboarding lead generation strategies-understanding how activity will generate leads and onboard profitable ones ROI Analysis genrating leads-maitaining CRM,Lead entry and making sure each lead generation strategy gives lead through test and measure Lead format alloting leads to telesales team-Through CRM allot leads to telesales team and produce daily reports Telesales wise lead status organising marketing activities off site-onsite-Producing 1 video per week,3 collaterals to be circulated through email,whatsapp,sms campaign.On site events plan expo,customer event,tent event,assocaition meet,adventure sports Content writing,event planning sheet on boarding agencies-getting collateral design for project,fb advs,events,standees,flexes,hoarding.Agency designing,social media,printing,events Vendor selection form,vendor performance form generating ROI reports-Making report of each strategy as lead generated,business converted ,Challenges and ROI ROI Sheet Reveiew of CRM Executive CRM Review report(compaint resolved,pending issues) Measurement Matrics Daily lead tracker Weekly reporting sheet
