Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive business growth through direct client visits, dealer/distributor network expansion, and OEM product promotions. The role involves B2B field sales, OEM coordination, and generating leads from both online platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.) and field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit clients, dealers, and corporate offices for product presentations and sales meetings
Manage OEM product pricing, coordination, and tie-ups
Generate leads through field visits, references, and online platforms
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to close sales
Support dealers/distributors with product knowledge and updates
Coordinate with the technical/installation team to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
1–3 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales preferred
Knowledge of AV, IT, or OEM products is an advantage
Comfortable with client visits and frequent field travel
Proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and online portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.)
