Urgent Hiring – Field Marketing Executive (STP Operator)

DASS Water Solution Pvt. Ltd.

📍 Location: A Wing, 2nd Floor, City Vista, Kharadi, Pune
🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Weekly Off: Sunday
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Depends on Interview & Experience)
⛽ Petrol Allowance: Provided for official field visits (as per company policy).
🚀 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities

Visit residential, commercial, industrial, and commercial sites to generate leads.
Promote and explain STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and Water Treatment Solutions.
Meet builders, architects, contractors, industries, housing societies, and potential clients.
Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain long-term relationships.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Submit daily field visit reports.

Requirements

10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience in Field Marketing/Sales is preferred (Freshers can also apply).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
