We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Field Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, meeting clients directly, conducting promotional activities, and achieving sales/marketing targets.
Conduct field visits to identify potential customers and generate leads.
Promote company products/services through direct marketing and field activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, and marketing events.
Collect feedback from clients and share insights with the management team.
Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales and marketing targets.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, and conversions.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (HINDI IS MUST).
Strong presentation and convincing ability.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting.
