We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive (Field Sales) to promote our healthcare hiring platform and expand our client network. The candidate will be responsible for visiting hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, nursing homes, and healthcare organizations to generate business opportunities, acquire new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities, and medical institutions.
Present and demonstrate the healthcare hiring platform to prospective clients.
Generate leads and convert them into active customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare administrators, HR teams, and decision-makers.
Identify hiring requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis in assigned territories.
Participate in healthcare events, conferences, and networking activities.
Follow up on leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity reports.
Coordinate with the recruitment and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Collect customer feedback and share insights for service improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or marketing.
Experience in healthcare, recruitment, staffing, or SaaS sales is preferred.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
