Marketing Field Executive

We are seeking a Marketing Field Executive to join our team at TLC, where you will help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotional activities, customer engagement, and branding initiatives. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 20,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams

• Handle promotions, events, and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities

• Collect market data and competitor insights

• Support lead generation, build the brand's image, and raise awareness

• Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies, and create campaigns

• Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools, and a creative approach.
