Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Field Work Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-ground activities such as site visits, client coordination, property inspections, and assisting the sales team by providing real-time updates from various project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site visits and inspections of real estate properties.

Coordinate with potential clients and arrange property showings or site visits.

Collect and verify property-related documents and information from sellers or site offices.

Assist in gathering market intelligence and competitor analysis.

Support the sales and marketing team with on-field logistics.

Liaise with construction, legal, and documentation teams as needed.

Deliver marketing materials, brochures, and project information to prospective clients and dealers.

Maintain accurate records of visits, feedback, and leads.

Requirements:

High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Prior experience in real estate or fieldwork is a plus.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of real estate terms and local property laws.

Ability to travel extensively within the city/region.

Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable).

Self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Salary: 25,000 to 50,000
