Marketing Field Executive

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented Marketing Field Executive to join our team at Acon Engicon Pvt. Ltd. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, good marketing knowledge, and the ability to interact professionally with clients and promote our company's services.

The role involves online and offline marketing, client interaction, lead generation, brand promotion, and marketing campaign execution. The candidate should be proactive, presentable, and capable of explaining company services confidently.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (In-hand)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.

• Promote the company's construction, architectural design, and turnkey project services.

• Communicate with potential clients and explain company services professionally.

• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, clients, and internal teams.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Support promotional activities, events, and branding initiatives.

• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Build brand awareness and maintain a professional company image.

• Visit project sites or meet clients as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate. MBA in Marketing will be preferred.

• Experience: 1–2 years in marketing, sales, or business development preferred.

• Smart, confident, and professional personality.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of marketing, sales, and customer handling.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and lead-generation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with social media platforms.

• Positive attitude, quick learning ability, and a professional approach.

• Ability to present and explain company services confidently.
