• Sales: Actively promote and sell a wide range of electrical items, including switches, wires, MCBs, light fixtures, and other related products.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.

• Payment Recovery: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of payments.

• Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, collections, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in sales, specifically within the electrical goods industry.

• Knowledge: Sound knowledge of electrical items and their applications.

• Skills:

o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

o Strong problem-solving abilities.

o Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

o Proficiency in using basic computer applications.
