We are looking for an energetic & responsible Field Executive who can handle Site Management + Business Development.

👨‍💼 JOB ROLE

✅ Regular site visits & inspections
✅ Manage and coordinate field staff
✅ Check attendance, discipline & grooming
✅ Handle client requirements & complaints
✅ Maintain good relationships with existing clients
✅ Visit new clients & generate business leads
✅ Promote company services in the market
✅ Follow up with potential clients
✅ Submit daily field/site reports with photos

🎯 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

✔️ Good communication & convincing skills
✔️ Comfortable with field work & travelling
✔️ Basic knowledge of Excel & WhatsApp
✔️ Good client-handling skills
✔️ Target-oriented & self-motivated
✔️ Two-wheeler & driving licence preferred
✔️ Experience in Security / Facility Management / Sales preferred
