Role Overview

3.As a Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end P&L ownership of one of our Rummy brands or a strategic horizontal stream such as Tournaments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, market expansion, and customer acquisition goals.
Conduct competitor benchmarking to refine pricing, promotions, and service offerings.
Utilize customer insights to enhance product offerings and improve customer experience.
Monitor market trends, economic shifts, and regulatory changes to proactively adapt strategies.
2. Team Leadership & Development
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet individual and collective targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
3. Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with airlines, hotels, and travel companies.
Represent the airline at industry events to enhance brand visibility and secure new deals.
4. Financial Oversight
Collaborate with revenue management to align sales strategies with pricing and yield objectives.
Monitor and report on sales performance to senior management.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with airport operations, marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure consistent customer experiences.
Provide input on marketing campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs.
