Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team at Words Lead (opc) Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹12000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

• Manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials like brochures, newsletters, and presentations.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

• Organize and attend marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports using tools like Google Analytics.

• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure brand consistency.

• Manage email and CRM campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. You must be able to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Active & Proactive Attitude: We are looking for a go-getter! Someone who is results-oriented, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong Computer Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) is essential.

  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools.

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva is a huge plus.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing).

• Interpersonal Skills: A confident and outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients.
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
