Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team at Words Lead (opc) Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities :-

·       Perform email marketing (Basic sending emails, follow-ups)

·       Handle call marketing (calling leads, explaining courses, converting inquiries)

·       Generate and manage student leads

·       Promote courses via social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)

·       Respond to student queries in a professional and timely manner

·       Maintain proper follow-up and update lead status

·       Work with the team to improve marketing and conversion strategies

Required Skills :-

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, Internet usage)
• Basic understanding of email marketing & calling process
• Basic knowledge of AI tools (like ChatGPT or similar tools)
• Ability to convince and communicate with students confidently
• Interest in sales & marketing activities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
