Marketing Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Marketing to develop, implement, and track our marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow. You will be a key player in shaping our brand's voice and driving our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

• Manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials like brochures, newsletters, and presentations.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

• Organize and attend marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports using tools like Google Analytics.

• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure brand consistency.

• Manage email and CRM campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. You must be able to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Active & Proactive Attitude: We are looking for a go-getter! Someone who is results-oriented, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong Computer Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) is essential.

  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools.

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva is a huge plus.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing).

• Interpersonal Skills: A confident and outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Internship 3-6 month more prefer in a similar marketing role is preferred, but freshers with exceptional skills and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
