Job Description

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to promote the company’s real estate projects, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects.
Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams for social media, website, and advertisement campaigns.
Organize site visits, promotional events, and marketing activities.
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and presentations.
Maintain and update marketing databases and lead records.
Analyze campaign performance and submit marketing reports.
Build relationships with channel partners and clients.
