Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pharma Marketing Executive to join our team at MM PHARMA . The candidate will be responsible for Promoting Pharmaceutical Products, Developing Dealer and Distributor Networks, Generating New Business Opportunities, and driving B2B and B2C Sales Growth. The role involves Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Client Relationship Management, and Business Expansion Activities. The position offers an attractive in-hand salary of 18000 - 25000 along with excellent career growth opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and market Pharmaceutical Products including Tablets, Capsules, Softgels, Ointments, and other Formulations.
Identify, develop, and manage Dealer, Distributor, and Customer Networks.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.
Conduct B2B and B2C sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets.
Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
Present company products and manufacturing services to prospective clients.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and track business performance.
Education
Any Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field preferred).
MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
0–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
