A Marketing Senior Executive Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate leads through non-mass media channels. This role requires strong coordination skills to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure seamless execution across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

 Develop and implement Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing strategies, including activations, promotions, and direct marketing campaigns.

 Align BTL marketing initiatives with overall brand strategy to maximize impact and ROI.

Center & Team Coordination

 Work closely with center managers to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities at each location.

 Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to drive footfall and enhance customer engagement.

 Maintain clear communication with regional teams to ensure consistency in campaign execution.

Vendor & Cost Management

 Identify, onboard, and negotiate with vendors for printing, branding, and promotional materials while optimizing costs.

 Ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral across all centers.

Event & Activation Management

 Plan and execute on-ground activations, corporate tie-ups, RWAs, mall promotions, and sampling campaigns.

 Identify strategic partnerships to enhance brand exposure and customer reach. Market &

Competitor Research

 Conduct research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.

 Use insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead in the industry.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

 Track campaign performance and provide timely reports with key insights and recommendations.

 Ensure data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement in marketing efforts.

Presentation & Communication

 Confidently present marketing plans, negotiate tie-ups, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

 Ensure timely reporting of all marketing activities and performance metrics.
