Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our services. Key Responsibilities:

 Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and industry dynamics.

 Target Audience Identification: Define and segment target customer groups based on demographics, psychographics, behavior, and needs.

 Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and cultivate potential sales leads through various channels (digital, events, referrals, cold outreach).

 Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

 Sales Cycle Management: Drive the entire sales process from initial contact to close, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

 Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing and sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI, sales volume) to identify areas for improvement.

 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and enhance customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Education: Graduation (Any stream), MBA/Marketing preferred

 Experience: Fresher in Sales or Marketing.

Required Skills:

 Good verbal and written communication.

 Confidence in client handling and pitching services.

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and Internet.

 Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation ability.

 Self-motivated, target-oriented, and go-getter attitude.

 Willingness to learn on the job.

 Time management and teamwork.
