Marketing Executive

Location: Pune
Working Days:  Monday to Saturday
Timings:  9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team, VenCapt Business Ventures Pvt.Ltd, to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Assist the marketing and sales team in daily client acquisition tasks

2.    Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

3.    Generate and nurture leads through various platforms (social media, email, phone, etc.)

4.    Participate in client meetings, prepare reports, and support pitch activities.

5.    Coordinate with potential customers via email and WhatsApp for service inquiries.

6.    Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-ups.

7.    Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong desire to learn, along with a professional drive

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
