Field Sales Executive / Tele sales / BPO / Booking & Dispatch / Quality Executive

You will play a key role in customer interaction, lead generation, booking & dispatch coordination, and quality assurance to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Conduct field visits to meet clients, promote products/services, and close deals.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead generation, customer support, and telesales.
Manage booking and dispatch operations, ensuring timely order processing and delivery coordination.
Maintain quality standards by monitoring calls, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales and service performance.
Update CRM and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics) for smooth workflow.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & local language preferred).
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Good telephone etiquette and confident on calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
Time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude, target-driven, and team-oriented mindset.
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any field.
Experience: 0–3 years in Sales / Tele calling / BPO / Dispatch / Customer Service (Freshers welcome).
