Key Responsibilities:
- Events:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute events from start to finish
- Coordinate with vendors and organizers to ensure smooth event execution
- Write and send out event briefs, and update calendars accordingly
- Create monthly events calendars and send them out for design and print
- Develop event concept notes and manage event P&L
- Customer Experience:
- Communicate with vendors to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Plan activities for weekends to keep customers engaged
- Update food bible and customer experience documents
- Conduct weekly audits and provide feedback for improvement
- Lead weekly customer experience training sessions
- Develop mandates and memos to enhance customer experience
- Conceptualize and execute ideas to elevate customer experiences
