Key Responsibilities
Tender Search and Identification:
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential tenders from various sources, including GeM, government portals, and PSU announcements.
- Stay updated on the latest tender notifications and relevant changes in government policies affecting tender processes.
Tender Submission:
- Assist in the preparation of tender submissions by compiling necessary documents and ensuring adherence to specified formats and guidelines.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather required information and documentation for tenders. Communicate with stakeholders involved in the tender process to ensure clarity and efficiency. Ensure that all tender processes comply with internal policies as well as government regulations and standards.
Documentation Management:
- Prepare and maintain an organized filing system for all tender documents, ensuring easy retrieval and traceability.
Systematic Tracking:
- Monitor tender timelines, including submission deadlines and evaluation processes.
- Maintain a database of submitted tenders and track their statuses.
Essential skills and Qualifications:
0-1 years of proven work experience.
Familiarity with Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and various government tendering processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant database management tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
