Roles & Responsibilities
a. Identify, generate, and develop business leads from existing and new clients.
b. Deal with clients for services related to statutory compliances, manpower, funding,
real estate and software (hardware, software and cloud) solutions.
c. Cross-selling services between TCM Service Mart and their associate business
verticals, to maximize business opportunities.
d. Clearly communicate service offerings, scope, and value propositions to clients in
English, as required.
e. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, execution, and delivery
of services.
f. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and update daily records of client interactions
and progress.
