Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Jr. Marketing Executive to generate business leads through Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and distribute qualified leads to the Sales Team for further follow-up and conversion.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate business leads through Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

• Manage and monitor lead generation campaigns to achieve lead targets.

• Collect, verify, and maintain lead data in Excel or CRM.

• Distribute incoming leads to the Sales Team on a timely basis.

• Coordinate with the Sales Team to track lead status and follow-up progress.

• Maintain daily lead generation reports and update lead records.

• Monitor lead quality and campaign performance to improve results.

• Ensure proper lead allocation and maintain accurate lead distribution records.

Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook, and Instagram lead generation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.

• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Freshers with relevant knowledge or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
