#Role Overview:
An Education Field Executive is responsible for visiting educational institutions, building relationships with colleges and schools, and supporting student outreach, admissions, and placement activities.

#Key #Responsibilities:
1. Visit colleges, schools, and training institutes regularly.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, faculty, and placement officers.
3. Promote company programs, job opportunities, or training services to students.
4. Coordinate and organize campus drives, seminars, and awareness sessions.
5. Collect student data and maintain proper records.
6. Assist students with registration and application processes.
7. Provide information about job roles, eligibility, and career opportunities.
8. Follow up with candidates and institutions for updates.
9. Achieve assigned targets related to student engagement or enrollments.
10. Prepare daily and weekly field visit reports.

#Eligibility #Criteria:

#Qualification: PG / Any Graduate (preferred) / Diploma.
#Experience: Freshers or 0–2 years experience in field work / marketing / education sector.
#Gender: Males only.
#Age Limit: 18 – 30 years.

#Required Skills:
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
3. Ability to travel frequently.
4. Strong convincing and presentation skills.
5. Time management and organizational skills.
6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

#Job #Location:
Field-based (travel to colleges and institutions) ( Vijayawada ).

#Salary & #Benefits:
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience).
Travel Allowances (TA/DA).
Incentives based on performance.
Mobile reimbursement (if applicable).

#Additional #Information:
Must be willing to travel daily.
Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
