· Actively connect and build relationships with industry-relevant companies for student placement and internship opportunities.
· Conduct on-field visits to companies and HR departments to understand their recruitment needs and promote the college’s student profile.
· Identify and initiate potential collaborations, training tie-ups, and industry-academia partnerships.
· Maintain regular communication via calls and with industry partners to explore ongoing opportunities for recruitment drives and workshops.
· Prepare and present corporate outreach proposals and maintain follow-ups with potential partners.
· Coordinate with internal departments and faculty for arranging company visits, MoUs, and placement activities.
· Assist in organizing campus recruitment drives, seminars, and career talks in collaboration with external partners.
· Provide regular reports and updates to the Training & Placement Officer regarding outreach efforts and outcomes.
· Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory), Hindi (preferred).
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
· Highly enthusiastic, self-driven, and responsible with a positive attitude.
· Willingness to travel and work extensively on-field as required.
· Ability to understand recruitment trends and industry expectations.
Basic knowledge of documentation and report generation.
