Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.

• Generate qualified leads for software, IT, SaaS, AI, Blockchain, ERP, CRM, and mobile app development services.

• Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.

• Create and test different ad campaigns, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports.

• Conduct keyword, competitor, audience, and market research.

• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and analytics.

• Build remarketing and retargeting campaigns.

• Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.

• Identify new opportunities for increasing lead generation and reducing acquisition costs.

• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform changes.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and other paid advertising platforms.

• Strong understanding of lead-generation campaigns.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and pixels.

• Understanding of landing pages and conversion optimization.

• Good analytical and reporting skills.

• Ability to manage advertising budgets effectively.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in IT services, software development, SaaS, ERP/CRM, AI, Blockchain/Web3, or B2B lead generation will be an advantage.

Performance Expectations

The candidate will be responsible for delivering measurable results, including qualified leads, optimized acquisition costs, improved campaign performance, and increased conversions.
